Edwardian House Renovation

Lynsey and Phil bought their home in Wistaston in 2013 and shortly after we started working on the renovation . The property required the walls to be tanked due to a serious damp issue, and a full strip out as a result. This beautiful double fronted Edwardian property boasts many original features, including  a Minton tiled entrance hall, coved ceilings and parquet floors, so it was extremely important to preserve these features when installing the electrics and plastering the walls. We also completed the plumbing on site and fitted the stunning bathroom including a ball and claw roll top bath.  In the kitchen a full under floor heating system  was fitted and over the kitchen a new roof was required. This house is a labour of love for the owners who have added their personalty to the property by decorating in bold and vibrant colours  which sit alongside original detailing perfectly. It really is great to have helped to make this house come back to life.wrenbury and wistaston-2wrenbury and wistaston-36wrenbury and wistaston-5wrenbury and wistaston-3wrenbury and wistaston-6 wrenbury and wistaston-7 wrenbury and wistaston-9 wrenbury and wistaston-10 wrenbury and wistaston-12 wrenbury and wistaston-13 wrenbury and wistaston-14 wrenbury and wistaston-15 wrenbury and wistaston-16 wrenbury and wistaston-17 wrenbury and wistaston-18 wrenbury and wistaston-19 wrenbury and wistaston-20 wrenbury and wistaston-21 wrenbury and wistaston-22 wrenbury and wistaston-23 wrenbury and wistaston-24 wrenbury and wistaston-25 wrenbury and wistaston-26 wrenbury and wistaston-28 wrenbury and wistaston-29 wrenbury and wistaston-30wrenbury and wistaston-31wrenbury and wistaston-32wrenbury and wistaston-34wrenbury and wistaston-35 wrenbury and wistaston-38wrenbury and wistaston-27wrenbury and wistaston-37
